At age 21, Ty and his brother Scott started a direct sales business which they built to over $20 million in annual revenues.

He was featured as one of the Top 40 Under 40 and dubbed one of the 10 Coolest Entrepreneurs in Utah.
Ty decided to follow his passion into the speaking world and started Leadership Inc.

Ty’s best-selling books – Partnership is the New Leadership, The Power of Influence and The Power of Storytelling – are used in graduate courses at multiple universities including MIT, as today’s version of “How to Win Friends and Influence People.”

Donney Salazar

Donney has a track record with over 20 years of experience in Sales and Leadership. Throughout his career, he has successfully trained numerous salespeople on a national and international level. His talent for building value within his team sets him apart as an exceptional leader.
